Advisory engagement session — Hummark Bangkok

Advisory Engagements

Three engagements.
One advisory practice.

Each engagement is a defined piece of work — scoped, delivered, and written by a senior advisor. The scope is fixed; the reading we produce is particular to your company.

Our Approach

How an engagement unfolds

01

Scope review

We review the engagement scope together and confirm it fits your situation before work begins.

02

Discovery

Interviews across levels, review of existing materials, and structured conversations with the people team.

03

Written reading

The advisor produces a considered written document — a careful account of what was found and what it means.

04

Handover

The output is reviewed with leadership. The conversation continues for a defined period after delivery.

The Engagements

Defined work, clear outputs

Talent architecture engagement
Engagement 01 ฿29,500

Talent Architecture Engagement

A senior advisory engagement that produces a written reading of how a mid-sized company is structured around the talent it has and the talent it will need. Covers role architecture, capability gaps, the natural progression paths through the company, and the rhythm of conversations that holds the talent picture together.

Engagement includes

Interviews across levels — managers, senior staff, and key individual contributors
Written architecture document covering role structure, capability gaps, and progression paths
Half-day workshop with the leadership team to review findings and discuss next steps
Follow-up correspondence for four weeks after delivery
Performance conversations refresh
Engagement 02 ฿15,400

Performance Conversations Refresh

A focused engagement that refreshes the architecture of performance conversations across a company — the cadence, the structure of the conversation, the documents that support it, and the way managers are prepared to hold it. Appropriate when existing conversations have grown stale or when a company is expanding and needs a more considered approach.

Engagement includes

Review of the existing performance conversation cadence and supporting materials
Written handbook for the refreshed conversation structure and cadence
Three onboarding workshops for managers to introduce the new approach
Short companion brief for circulation among staff
Onboarding programme review
Engagement 03 ฿4,150

Onboarding Programme Review

A focused engagement in which an advisor reviews how a company currently brings new staff in — the first week, the first month, and the first ninety days. Suited to companies where onboarding has grown inconsistent or where staff feedback points to a gap in how new people are brought into the working culture.

Engagement includes

Structured review of the current programme across the first week, month, and ninety days
Written reading of the programme's strengths and friction points
Draft of an adjusted onboarding outline the people team can work from
Short companion brief to support leadership discussions

How We Work

Standards we hold across every engagement

Written, not verbal

Every engagement produces a written document your company keeps, references, and builds from — not a slide deck presented once and filed away.

Senior-led throughout

The advisor who scopes your engagement is the same person who delivers the written output. There is no handoff to junior staff partway through.

Particular, not generic

The written output is a reading of your company — not a reframed template. What we produce reflects what we actually found when we looked carefully.

Fixed scope, clear timing

Each engagement has a defined scope and an expected timeframe. You know what you are commissioning before work begins.

Operational framing only

Our work is organisational and operational in nature. We look at how roles, conversations, and structures work — we do not offer legal advice of any kind.

Continued conversation

Delivery is not the end. We remain in correspondence for a defined period after handover, available to clarify and discuss the work we produced.

Questions

Common questions about our engagements

Can we commission more than one engagement at a time?

+
Yes, though we generally recommend sequencing them. The Talent Architecture Engagement often informs the others, so companies that begin there sometimes find the Performance or Onboarding engagements follow naturally. We are happy to discuss what order makes sense for your situation.

How much time will our team need to commit?

+
Each engagement is designed to place as little pressure on your team as possible. The main commitments are participation in discovery interviews — typically thirty to sixty minutes per person — and attendance at any workshop included in the scope. We work around your schedules.

Are these engagements suitable for companies outside Bangkok?

+
Yes. While our practice is based in Bangkok, we have worked with companies elsewhere in Thailand. Discovery interviews can be conducted remotely where in-person visits are not practical. Travel arrangements for workshops are discussed as part of the scope review.

What does the written output look like?

+
The written document is a considered advisory reading — not a presentation or a template. It reads as a clear, structured report that describes what we found, what it means for your company, and what we would suggest. It is written to be read and kept, not filed away after a single meeting.

How do we begin?

+
The most straightforward way is to send us a note through the contact form on our website, or to call us directly at +66 2 7158 4639. We will arrange a brief initial conversation to understand your situation before proposing which engagement fits best.

Begin a conversation

Not sure which engagement is right?

We are glad to talk through your situation before you commit to anything. An initial conversation carries no obligation — we want to understand what you are working with first.
