Advisory Engagements
Each engagement is a defined piece of work — scoped, delivered, and written by a senior advisor. The scope is fixed; the reading we produce is particular to your company.
View EngagementsOur Approach
We review the engagement scope together and confirm it fits your situation before work begins.
Interviews across levels, review of existing materials, and structured conversations with the people team.
The advisor produces a considered written document — a careful account of what was found and what it means.
The output is reviewed with leadership. The conversation continues for a defined period after delivery.
The Engagements
A senior advisory engagement that produces a written reading of how a mid-sized company is structured around the talent it has and the talent it will need. Covers role architecture, capability gaps, the natural progression paths through the company, and the rhythm of conversations that holds the talent picture together.
Engagement includes
A focused engagement that refreshes the architecture of performance conversations across a company — the cadence, the structure of the conversation, the documents that support it, and the way managers are prepared to hold it. Appropriate when existing conversations have grown stale or when a company is expanding and needs a more considered approach.
Engagement includes
A focused engagement in which an advisor reviews how a company currently brings new staff in — the first week, the first month, and the first ninety days. Suited to companies where onboarding has grown inconsistent or where staff feedback points to a gap in how new people are brought into the working culture.

How We Work
Every engagement produces a written document your company keeps, references, and builds from — not a slide deck presented once and filed away.
The advisor who scopes your engagement is the same person who delivers the written output. There is no handoff to junior staff partway through.
The written output is a reading of your company — not a reframed template. What we produce reflects what we actually found when we looked carefully.
Each engagement has a defined scope and an expected timeframe. You know what you are commissioning before work begins.
Our work is organisational and operational in nature. We look at how roles, conversations, and structures work — we do not offer legal advice of any kind.
Delivery is not the end. We remain in correspondence for a defined period after handover, available to clarify and discuss the work we produced.

Begin a conversation
We are glad to talk through your situation before you commit to anything. An initial conversation carries no obligation — we want to understand what you are working with first.
